Watch the video to see that in the real world, this just doesn’t happen. It would never work. So why do clients always try it in our industry.
I’m totally against spec work, or pitching, or anything shown in the video. You wouldn’t expect a plumber to come in and just fix the small leak to see if you want him to replace your full bathroom, would you?
Clients need to learn that they’re going to have to pay for what they want. After all attention to detail costs money.

Funny video. Might wheel that out in the future if an unreasonable negotiation zone is entered.
